- 활동을 오래 했어도 성공을 거두지 못 한 뮤지션들이 드디어 성공을 거두었을 때, 신인상에 후보 제출을 할 수 있지만,

- 신인상에 후보 제출은 딱 3번만 할 수 있다고 했다. 즉, 3번 모두 후보 제출하면 더 이상 후보 제출할 자격이 없다고 한다.

- 그래서 지난 10년 동안 정규 앨범만 5장을 냈지만 올초부터 성공다운 성공을 거둔 사브리나 카펜터는 지금까지 신인상 후보 제출을 2번만 해서, "2025년 그래미 어워드"의 신인상 부분에 후보 제출할 수 있다고 한다. 반면 지난 3년 동안 매년 신인상에 후보 제출을 한 Tate McRae는 3번이나 후보 제출을 해서, 더 이상 신인상에 후보 제출을 못 한다고 한다.
