Keeping users onsite longer is almost always a goal for our clients. Recently, we did this for the World Resources Institute within their event registration workflow by launching a Zoom API integration. Now, when folks sign up for events on their site, they'll fill out a form on WRI.org that submits to both Zoom and Pardot. Eventually, logged in users will have the convenience of pre-filled registration fields and links to meetings in progress automatically, onsite. 🙌

The Pool Center for Health Analyticsis a group within The Leonard Parker Pool Institute for Health and the Lehigh Valley Health Network that houses public health analytics dashboards for their broader community and partnering agencies to reference. We helped them decommission an expensive and difficult-to-maintain tool by bringing their data over tohttps://lnkd.in/g-jmjFXV. Now, the network's research around social determinants of health is easier to use and cheaper to maintain. A win-win. 👏

We’ve been working with Oregon State University Extension Service to improve their sitewide search. So far, we’ve extended what the search looks for, added spell check, worked on synonyms, and strategically adjusted field boosting to make results more relevant. While we still have more work to do, we’re happy to have seen good results so far, with 82% improvement versus the 18% shown during our first round of tracking. 💥 #SitewideSearch #SearchImprovements
